UNCOILER AND RECOILER

Established in 1967 and ever since continuously on expansion, BOLLINA S.r.l offers the concrete quarantee for more than 30 years of constructive experience, former with machine and later with complete lines and working systems for coils of plate.

BOLLINA offers you a complete range of machines, starting from UNCOILERS, CUTTING, SLITTING and RECOILERS.

The UNCOILERS available in two models : light type and heavy type.

The CUTTING lines are available also in two models : light type with speed up to 30m/min with maximum thickness of 1.2 mm, and heavy type with speed of 30m/min with maximum thickness of 2.5 mm.

The SLITTING lines is generally used in line with UNCOILERS and RECOILERS. For different standard coil width, with roll feeder and longitudinal cut devices (circular knives), the speed can achieve 100m/min.

The RECOILERS equipped with spindle support, hydraulic arm with separating disc, hydraulic-driven expansion and motorized rotation for a steady draft recoiling.
